Full-page web advert (with 12 photos)
We provide all advertisers with a full page web advert with up to
10 photos, 2 panoramics, descriptions of the region, town, local
activities, facilities inside and outside the property, tariff
information, any special conditions, guest book comments, contact
details and an email enquiry form. All properties are then listed in
our search and destination pages as well as being indexed by all the
major search engines.
We offer advertisers the ability
to add additional properties (on new advert pages) at a greatly
discounted price. These can all be managed from the same Home
Management Page when logged on.
Please note that we do
not allow advertisers to represent more than one property on a property
advert page. This is to ensure we maintain a consistent feel to the
site for the holidaymakers browsing the site and that visitors are able
to search all the properties on our site with the most ease. Availability calendar
All advertisers are able to benefit from our easy to use
availability calendar that is edited from the Home Management Page. It
is a great way to manage your booked and available dates, visible to
all and can be edited at any time by you through your logon account.
Holidaymakers also use this to help them search for properties that are
available for specific dates from our Holiday Search page.
We are also happy for you to make use of this calendar on your own personal website by linking to the calendar. Spotlight section adverts
We offer advertisers the ability to feature their property in the left
hand navigation bar on our website. Spotlight adverts feature on every
page visited by holidaymakers and are displayed on rotation. This is a
great way to give your property an instant boost, being seen over
100,000 times each month. If you are interested in adding one of your
properties, make payment from the Home Management Page or contact us to
check availability.
Late Deals section advert
Fill those last minute vacancies in your property using our special
late deals section. Create a late deal advert for only £20+VAT for a
2-week display. Add a late deal for your property from the Home
Management Page.
SMS alerts option
We are pleased to offer owners the ability to receive notification of
booking enquiries SMS text message to their mobile phone. This is sent
in addition to the booking enquiry email, but will help you respond
quicker to enquirers, especially if you are not able to check your
inbox on a regular basis. The text message gives a summary of the
enquiry details and is offered free of charge with a web page advert.
Reciprocal web link
If you wish to display a link to your private website from your Overseas-rentals advert, we require that your private website displays a link
back to Holiday Lettings.
Non-reciprocal link
If you do not wish to provide the reciprocal link then you can still
link to your website but we levy a charge for this option. If you
select this option do be sure to monitor the traffic that we refer to
your site and check with visitors where they heard of your site so you
are able to measure the amount of business that we generate for you
during the year.
Scanning of photos sent by post
You can post photos to be digitally scanned and added to your page to
us at:Overseas-rentals United Kingdom. Please enclose a stamped &
addressed envelope if you would like these to be returned. There is no
charge for this service.
Input of details by the Overseas-rentals team
We are happy to input property details on behalf of advertisers from
information available elsewhere on the Internet or received via post or
email. This service incurs a small charge.
